MORE YOUTH SPONSORSHIP FOR CLUB

Club member Dave Sutton presented the mens Club Captain Gordon Johnston with a cheque from his employers Scottish and Southern Energy for the sum of £500 to assist the club's youth development programme. The grant from SSE was from a fund they administer to assist community groups where employees are members and assist in the groups running.
The club sends it thanks to both Dave and S.S.E.
This type of scheme exists in many big employers and I would urge club members to explore whether their own employers undertake any similar scheme.
